1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and sk77 ("sk77", "the Platform", "we", "us") in respect of your access to and use of the sk77 website located at sk77.asia and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the sk77 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device used to access the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use sk77 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sk77 strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.
• You must be registering for yourself as a private individual and not on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You may only hold one registered account on sk77. Multiple accounts are not permitted and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction before using sk77.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from sk77 or from any other gambling platform operated by the same group.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of sk77 services you must create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your sk77 login password with any third party. sk77 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Any suspicious communication requesting your credentials should be reported to sk77 support immediately.

sk77 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Accepted KYC documents include government-issued national identity documents, Pakistani CNIC, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sk77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, local bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. sk77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal. Typical processing times are 15–60 minutes for JazzCash/Easypaisa withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

• sk77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are outside sk77's control.
• Deposits made using bonus credits or promotional funds are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• sk77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, collusion, or terms violation is suspected pending investigation.
• Unused balances in dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified in the account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sk77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all sk77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and any required verification steps.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion.
• sk77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on sk77 operate in accordance with their published rules. RNG-based games are powered by certified random number generation technology. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in accordance with the rules displayed within the game interface. Sports betting markets are governed by sk77's sports betting rules which are available in the relevant section of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, sk77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by a verified technical malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. sk77's decision in these matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk77 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated bot, script, or software to access the platform or place bets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or RNG weaknesses.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus schemes.
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity including money laundering or fraud.
• Accessing sk77 from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the sk77 platform or its intellectual property.

8. Responsible Gaming

sk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sk77 platform. Contact sk77 support to initiate this process. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration selected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sk77 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, and design, is the property of sk77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any sk77 content without prior written authorisation from sk77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

sk77's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

12. Amendments

sk77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email or mobile number on record, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of sk77 following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk77 holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures specified by the applicable regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of Pakistan to the extent they are applicable and cannot be waived by contract.
